This policy describes how Panda Center handles data in the internal marketing-analytics tool it operates. The tool is not a public product. It is used only by Panda Center staff, on Panda Center workstations, to analyse advertising accounts that Panda Center has been authorised to access by their owners.

• Advertising performance data from the Google Ads API: account structure, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, budgets, and the associated metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions.
• Website analytics data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console for the same client properties.
• OAuth 2.0 credentials belonging to the Panda Center operator, used to authenticate those API calls.

The tool reads data only. It does not create, modify or delete anything in any Google Ads account, and it does not collect data from visitors to this website.

Narzędzie wyłącznie czyta dane. Niczego nie tworzy, nie zmienia ani nie usuwa na żadnym koncie Google Ads i nie zbiera danych osób odwiedzających tę stronę.

Where the data is storedGdzie trzymamy dane

Connectors run locally on the operator workstation. Retrieved data is held only for as long as the analysis and the resulting report require. Credentials and API tokens are stored locally, treated as secrets, and are never committed to version control or shared with anyone outside Panda Center. There is no shared server component and no third-party hosting of client advertising data.

Konektory działają lokalnie, na komputerze operatora. Pobrane dane zostają u nas tylko tak długo, jak wymaga tego analiza i przygotowanie raportu. Dane uwierzytelniające i tokeny API trzymamy lokalnie, traktujemy je jak tajemnicę i nigdy nie trafiają do repozytorium ani do nikogo spoza Panda Center. How the data is usedDo czego wykorzystujemy dane

Solely to produce reports and analysis for the account owner the data belongs to. Data from different clients is not combined, compared across clients, sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks, data brokers or any other third party.

Retention and removalJak długo i jak usuwamy

Access to a client account ends when that client withdraws it, either by removing Panda Center access in their Google Ads or Analytics account, or on written request. Any locally held copies of that client data are deleted on request.
